Hanyang, which won the Asia Economic Representative Award in the brand category of this year's Asia Construction Comprehensive Awards, has been strengthening its brand competitiveness by establishing landmarks in major regions nationwide, including ‘Hangang Sujain Obcent’, ‘Cheongnyangni Station Sujain Graciel’, and ‘Uijeongbu Gosan Sujain Diestji’ since launching the apartment brand ‘Sujain’ in 2005.

Hanyang is developing Hangang Sujain Obcent as a premium complex representing Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province. The complex name ‘Obcent’ is a compound of the Latin word ‘ob’, meaning ‘beside’, and the English word ‘central’, meaning ‘center’, conveying the meaning of ‘a complex that places everything for living beside you at a new center’.

This complex, supplied through the redevelopment of Gimpo Bukbyeon District 4, will consist of 29 buildings with 3,058 households, ranging from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors. Among these, 2,116 units are for general sale, with the exclusive area distribution as follows: 65 units of 50㎡, 1,150 units of 59㎡, 435 units of 76㎡, 316 units of 84㎡, 24 units of 90㎡, and 126 units of 103㎡.

The complex will be developed as a forest-adjacent apartment complex embracing Bukbyeon Park, a large park of approximately 35,000㎡. The internal roads connecting to Bukbyeon Park maximize the advantages of the forest-adjacent complex. Nearby are Gimpo Elementary School and Gimpo Seo Elementary School, ensuring safe commuting for children. Various living and convenience infrastructures such as Homeplus, CGV, and Gimpo Woori Hospital are formed around the complex.

The residential environment is also excellent. Right in front of the complex is Geolpobukbyeon Station on the Gimpo Gold Line, providing an ultra-station area location. Additionally, an extension of Incheon Line 2 to Goyang is planned at Geolpobukbyeon Station. The extension of Seoul Line 5 to Gamjeong Station and the metropolitan wide-area express railway (GTX) D line are also planned near the complex. Furthermore, it is close to GTX-A KINTEX Station, which will open in the second half of this year.

Moreover, the largest community facilities in Gimpo will be established. Facilities for various age groups will include a large-scale fitness center, a golf practice range with screen golf and putting greens, a small library, a reading room, a family caf?, a party room, and a cinema.

A Hanyang official said, "Hangang Sujain Obcent is a complex that encompasses Hanyang’s know-how and technological capabilities, having supplied about 230,000 households nationwide, and it will be developed as a premium complex."
