BISTEP Announces Open Recruitment for the First Director of the Busan Rise Center

Busan Institute for Science and Technology Promotion (BISTEP) is publicly recruiting the Director of the affiliated Busan Rise Center until the 4th of next month.

The Busan Rise Center, an affiliated institution of BISTEP, is responsible for the Regional Innovation-led University Support System (RISE) project in Busan and is expected to lead innovation in the region with a focus on higher education.

The Director of the Busan Rise Center, who is being recruited through this open call, will represent the center and oversee its operations and tasks. The term of office is two years, with the possibility of reappointment on a yearly basis.

The recruitment process involves a document review and interview by the Director Recommendation Committee of BISTEP's affiliated institutions, after which a candidate will be recommended for appointment. The final appointment will be made by the Mayor of Busan in early November.

Applicants must complete and submit the required documents, including the application form, self-introduction, and job performance plan, by 6:00 p.m. on October 4th.
