Hanmi Global's real estate development subsidiary, Hanmi Global D&I, announced on the 24th that the non-priority (first round of discretionary supply) subscription for 'Cheonho Station Maestro,' supplied in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, will be held for two days from the 25th to the 26th on the Subscription Home website. The announcement of the winners will be on October 2, and contracts will be signed from the 4th to the 6th thereafter.
'Cheonho Station Maestro' will be developed on 334-2 Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, consisting of two buildings with 12 floors above ground, totaling 77 households with exclusive areas ranging from 30 to 55㎡. Move-in is scheduled for February next year. The complex is located in Cheonho New Town, a double-station area within walking distance to Cheonho Station, a transfer station for subway lines 5 and 8, offering excellent access to Gangnam. It is also a non-regulated area, so there are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence periods.
The resale restriction period is one year from the announcement date of the initial resident recruitment notice, and resale will be possible from November 4 this year. Benefits include a first deposit of 10 million KRW, 40% interest-free interim payment loans, free balcony expansion, and system air conditioning. Unlike general sales, non-priority subscription eligibility does not require a subscription savings account, and anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of their place of residence.
Nearby the complex are large shopping and cultural facilities such as Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, and 2001 Outlet, as well as Gangdong Sacred Heart Hospital and Lotte Cinema, providing excellent living convenience. Additionally, green parks such as the Han River, Gwangnaru Hangang Park, Cheonho Park, and Pungnap Neighborhood Park are accessible on foot.
Most unit types are designed with a slab-type structure, and some households feature specialized floor plans such as duplex and attic designs with excellent space and storage utilization, as well as external terraces offering views of the Han River.
A sales official stated, "Cheonho Station Maestro is expected to attract high interest from actual demand groups such as young people and newlyweds commuting to Gangnam, as it is a location that enjoys both Gangnam and the Han River and is a specialized product for one- to two-person households." He added, "Through this demand, the investment value, including rental income generation, is also expected to be excellent."
