On the morning of the 23rd, Taekwang Group announced that it held a Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP) launch ceremony at the Heungkuk Life Insurance Building in Gwanghwamun, Seoul.
The launch ceremony was attended by about 260 people, including Seong Hoeyong, Vice Chairman of the Taekwang Group Management Council and CEO of Taekwang Industrial, as well as CEOs and executives of each affiliate.
The Fair Trade Compliance Program is a compliance system operated by a company to voluntarily comply with laws related to fair trade.

Taekwang Group is promoting the introduction of the Fair Trade Compliance Program across all affiliates and will carry out activities to improve CP ratings in the future. The group plans to conduct CP operations and training for affiliates and establish and share specific procedures and standards for compliance with related laws and regulations.
CEO Seong emphasized, "Taekwang Group plans not only to introduce and evaluate CP but also to develop it into an organizational culture and internalize it," adding, "For compliance operations to achieve actual effectiveness, active and voluntary participation is essential, and especially strict adherence to laws and principles is important."
