Recruiting Core Talents for General and IT Positions to Lead a Top-Class Capital Company

BNK Capital (CEO Kim Sungju) will be conducting its '2024 New Employee Open Recruitment' until the 6th of next month.

The recruitment areas are General and IT positions. The selection process includes document screening, a written test, an aptitude test, a first interview, and a second interview to select the final candidates.


Selected candidates must complete a new employee training program of approximately three weeks starting in December.


Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic or overseas four-year university or an equivalent qualification. There are no restrictions on gender, age, or major. Veterans, people with disabilities, and holders of professional certifications will be given preference.


General positions cover all sales departments as well as roles in strategic planning, management support, finance and accounting, overseas business support, and digital planning. IT positions will be assigned to IT planning and IT development/operations departments, with work locations in either Busan or Yeouido, Seoul.


A BNK Capital representative stated, "The recruited personnel will be actively nurtured as key talents to lead BNK Capital as a top-class capital company pioneering the future market," adding, "We hope to see strong interest and applications from outstanding candidates."
