Due to the impact of Typhoon Pulasan No. 14, heavy rain is falling in the Gyeongnam region, causing disruptions to train operations.
On the morning of the 21st, Korail suspended operations on the section between Changwon Jungang Station and Jinju Station on the Gyeongjeon Line KTX route.

As trains were only running from Seoul to Changwon Jungang Station, passengers who intended to board at Masan Station had to travel to the nearby Changwon Jungang Station by taxi or bus, following guidance from Korail staff.
Changwon Jungang Station was crowded with passengers who had come to cancel or change their tickets, as well as those waiting for delayed trains.

A Korail representative stated, "In order to ensure safe train operations amid the heavy rainfall, adjustments and delays to some train services are expected until further notice," and added, "Please check train operation information through Korail Talk, the website, or the customer center."
"We will assist with ticket changes and refunds to minimize inconvenience to passengers," the representative continued, "and tickets for suspended train services can be refunded without any cancellation fee."
