Taebaek City to Host Talk Concert for MZ Generation Youth on the 25th

Youth Week from 23rd to 27th... Indie Band '8wol Hyeongje' Performance Included

Taebaek City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Mayor Lee Sang-ho) announced that it will hold an empathy and communication talk concert for MZ generation youth at the small theater of the Culture and Arts Center on the 25th.

This event is held in celebration of Youth Week 2024 and features a pre-performance by the indie band ‘8wol Hyungje’ and a lecture by comedian Lee Seung-yoon, known for programs such as ‘I Am a Natural Person.’ Additionally, there will be a program where youth can receive consulting on their concerns through a communication session with youth panelists from various fields.

A Taebaek City official stated, “We hope this empathy and communication talk concert will provide a moment of rest for young people exhausted by realities such as employment and work, and that it will serve as an opportunity for many youths to grow through life stories of notable figures and communication with youth panelists from diverse fields.”

Meanwhile, the city has designated September 23 to 27 as Youth Week for the MZ generation and will hold the empathy and communication talk concert along with a one-day cooking class for single-person youth households.
