A city official said, “We hope this alley festival will be an opportunity for families to enjoy their time together and to learn that Goyang has many charming alleys.”

Meanwhile, the “Gyeonggi-do Hidden Tourism Theme Alley Development Project” by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization is a project aimed at discovering unique alleys within Gyeonggi Province and promoting tourism competitiveness to develop them into lifestyle tourism destinations. Notably, Goyang City has been selected for four consecutive years, with Nobitgoeul-gil in Goyang-dong in 2021, Bamridan Bonet-gil in Jeongbalsan-dong in 2022, and Samsong Graffiti Art Alley in 2023, making it home to the largest number of “Gyeonggi Tourism Theme Alleys.”
