DL E&C to Launch 'Acro Vestinew' in Pyeongchon This October

DL E&C announced on the 20th that it will be selling units in 'Acro Vestine,' currently being developed in the area of 915 Hogye-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, next month.

Acro Vestine is a redevelopment complex near Anyang Hogye Oncheon, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,011 households. Among these, 391 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale. The breakdown by exclusive area is 10 units of 39㎡, 286 units of 59㎡A, 33 units of 59㎡B, 21 units of 74㎡B, and 41 units of 84㎡.

The complex is within walking distance of Beomgye Station on Subway Line 4, which is connected underground to Lotte Department Store and NewCore Outlet. Through Beomgye Station, residents can quickly access major areas such as Gwacheon, Sadang, and Seoul Station. At Geumjeong Station, a transfer station for Lines 1 and 4 just one stop from Beomgye Station, a metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line C (planned) complex transfer center is scheduled to be established.

The commercial district around Beomgye Station is well-developed and convenient to use. Nearby are Lotte Department Store, NewCore Outlet, Homeplus, CGV, Lotte Cinema, and Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital. Public offices such as Anyang City Hall, Dongan District Office, Anyang Dongan Police Station, Anyang Fire Station, and courts are also easily accessible.

The educational environment is excellent. Hogye Elementary and Middle Schools, Beomgye Middle School, and Pyeongchon High School are adjacent, and the largest academy district in Gyeonggi Province is nearby. Additionally, Central Park, Hogye Neighborhood Park, Hope Park, and Peace Park are adjacent to the complex, providing a pleasant residential environment.

Acro Vestine is the first 'Acro' brand complex introduced by DL E&C in Pyeongchon. Considering that it is a high-end brand first launched in the 1st generation new town, DL E&C said it devoted great care to product design, from the exterior of the complex to landscaping and community facilities. The curtain wall look, stone materials on the lower floors, and vertical side lighting on some buildings adjacent to the main road will be applied.

For landscaping, a garden square with water features and a garden collection caf? will be installed in the center of the complex. The Lombard Street Garden, a green space above the underground parking ramp, will also serve as a private landmark landscaping area. By designing the upper structure of the ramp leading to the parking lot as a rest garden concept landscaping space, the green space within the complex has been maximized.

The community facilities will include 'Club Acro,' featuring a sky lounge, indoor swimming pool, and private cinema. In particular, a 25-meter indoor swimming pool with four lanes will be the first of its kind in the area. Residents can also use the screen golf lounge, fitness center, and dry sauna.
