Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) signed a business agreement on the 20th at its headquarters in Gwanggyo, Suwon City, with Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX) to strengthen mutual cooperation in cadastral surveying and spatial information.
According to the agreement, GH and LX will collaborate in various areas including ▲ strengthening cooperation on cadastral surveying related to public housing districts such as the 3rd New Town and existing development projects ▲ enhancing cooperation on drone imagery based on cadastral data and compensation work for swift and accurate project implementation ▲ supporting digital land platforms and developing services for efficient execution of compensation tasks.
GH particularly expects that swift and accurate compensation will be achieved based on integrated information from cadastral-based drone imagery and the digital land platform.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "Through this agreement, a support network for swift and accurate compensation work in land development projects such as the 3rd New Town has been established. We will create a better city through smooth project implementation with the trust of Gyeonggi residents."
