The image of an upstairs neighbor secretly installing an outdoor unit in front of the downstairs neighbor's window has been revealed, sparking outrage among netizens.
On the 19th, an online community 'Bobaedream' posted a thread titled 'Is it possible to install an outdoor unit in front of someone else's window?' The author, A, who identified as a college student living alone, said, "I went back to my hometown for Chuseok and came back, and there was a strange noise at home," adding, "I thought the refrigerator was broken, but there was an outdoor unit I had never seen installed in front of the window."
The outdoor unit installed in front of A's window belonged to the upstairs neighbor. When A protested, the upstairs neighbor gave a ridiculous excuse, saying, "I went down several times, but you weren't there. You didn't answer my calls, so I installed it like this," and "I'll use it until this summer heatwave and move it next year." When A protested again, saying, "What if you don't move it next year? Other upstairs neighbors installed it using an angle bracket. Look at other houses," the upstairs neighbor shamelessly responded, "We live above and below; don't you trust us?"
