In addition to education, the Digital Learning Center operates a help desk staffed by resident instructors to assist citizens who have difficulties using electronic (digital) services. There is also an experience zone where visitors can try six types of equipment including unmanned kiosks for table orders, virtual reality (VR), a studio for production experience (chromakey photo), drones, robots, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Furthermore, upon request at welfare centers, community centers, or resident community facilities, the center provides on-site education by visiting these locations with electronic (digital) devices and teaching materials.
A city official stated, “The Digital Learning Center is a space designed to help citizens learn and utilize electronic (digital) technology,” adding, “We hope many citizens participate to overcome digital exclusion and strengthen their capabilities.”
