A Residential Complex with Complete Living Infrastructure... 'Anseong Haneulchae Laquciel' Gains Popularity

‘Seulse-gwon’ complexes, which offer convenient access to essential living infrastructure, are showing strong performance. As the trend of valuing time above all else, known as ‘Siseongbi,’ continues to spread, these complexes are attracting significant attention from buyers even in new supply.


According to a recent survey by the Korea Gallup Research Institute on the ‘2024 Real Estate Trend: Desired Housing,’ the most important locational factors when deciding on a home were convenient transportation and easy access to living conveniences and commercial facilities, each chosen by 61% and 59% of respondents respectively. According to the Korea Real Estate Agency’s Subscription Home, ‘Dongtan 2 New City Dongtan Station Daebang Elyum The Signature,’ which received applications in July, leveraged the abundant living infrastructure of Dongtan New City and attracted 116,621 applicants, recording an average subscription competition rate of 626.99 to 1.


At the same time, ‘Gwacheon Dietre Prestige,’ supplied in Gwacheon, was also well-received as a complex sharing the infrastructure of Gwacheon and Pyeongchon, including E-Mart and Lotte Department Store. It received 103,513 subscription accounts, showing an average competition rate of 228.51 to 1.


A real estate expert said, “As the trend of valuing time as much as money spreads, ‘Seulse-gwon’ complexes are becoming even stronger. Complexes located in areas rich in living infrastructure show higher preference based on their rarity. In the metropolitan area, complexes occupying central locations tend to have very high prices for purchase, rent, and sale, so landmarks that offer relatively reasonable home ownership are expected to enjoy high popularity.”


Meanwhile, the ‘Anseong Haneulchae Laquciel,’ a Seulse-gwon complex that allows convenient enjoyment of abundant infrastructure, is becoming a landmark securing the prime central location in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province.
