Seocho-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jeon Seong-su) announced that starting from the 20th, it will establish and operate an online channel on its website where residents can submit their opinions about individual houses (detached and multi-family houses) within the district 365 days a year.

Individual house prices are determined and publicly announced at the end of April each year. When property taxes are imposed in July and September, interest in these prices resurfaces, and dissatisfaction with house prices may arise. However, this period falls outside the legal timeframe (March to May) for submitting opinions or objections regarding house prices, making it difficult for residents to fully express their views.

To resolve this difficulty, Seocho-gu has decided to create and operate a channel for submitting opinions at any time.

Although opinions received during the year cannot be reflected immediately, they will be considered and processed as submissions during the investigation and calculation of individual house prices for the following year. Whether the submitted opinions are reflected will be determined through a verification and review process in the next year.
