Osan-si "We Provide Free Consultations for Complex Building Complaints"

Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 19th that it will operate a free architectural consultation office for local residents every Tuesday from 2 PM to 5 PM on the 4th floor of the annex building of Osan City Hall.

Now in its third year, this project is a talent donation initiative promoted through continuous cooperation between Osan City and the Hwaseong-Osan Regional Architectural Society, and has been selected as an excellent policy of Osan City.

The consultation covers all architectural civil complaints, including ▲ permits ▲ change of use ▲ changes to the building register ▲ building demolition ▲ construction of temporary buildings, as well as legal interpretations and architectural disputes, with architects belonging to the local architectural society providing direct consultations.

A city official stated, "We will continue to operate the free architectural consultation office and strive to improve it through performance reviews to provide trusted architectural administration."
