On the 19th, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul announced that they made a decision not to prosecute Eom on the charge of sexual assault (quasi-rape) against a male acquaintance in his 30s on the 11th.


According to the police, Eom is accused of sexually assaulting a man who was sleeping at a private residence in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on July 4. It is reported that the man confirmed he was sexually assaulted and filed a complaint at the police station the following day.


A police official explained, "The sexual assault complaint case was decided not to be prosecuted due to insufficient evidence."
