Checking Chuseok Public Sentiment... Strengthening Communication with the Party
President Yoon Suk-yeol will invite the leadership of the People Power Party to Yongsan for a dinner meeting on the 24th.
This meeting will serve as a broad communication opportunity where the Presidential Office and party leadership gather in one place to assess public sentiment during Chuseok, and discuss reform tasks including medical reform and pressing livelihood issues, Presidential Office spokesperson Jung Hye-jeon conveyed in a written briefing.
From the party side, Representative Han Dong-hoon, Floor Leader Choo Kyung-ho, Supreme Council members, and key party officials will attend the dinner meeting. From the Presidential Office, Chief of Staff Jung Jin-seok, Policy Chief Seong Tae-yoon, National Security Chief Shin Won-sik, and senior secretaries are expected to participate.
A Presidential Office official stated, "Including this dinner meeting, we plan to further strengthen communication with the party through various channels and continuously cooperate to resolve pressing livelihood issues."
