Recruitment Open on Hiring Website Until October 2
Cosmax Group, a cosmetics manufacturer and ODM company, announced on the 19th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees in the second half of 2024. Applications will be accepted on the Cosmax Group recruitment website until 4 PM on October 2.
This recruitment involves the holding company Cosmax BTI and major group affiliates including ▲Cosmax ▲Cosmax NBT ▲Cosmax USA. The available positions focus on R&I (Research & Innovation) and include ▲overseas marketing ▲strategic marketing ▲HR operations ▲production management ▲import/export management ▲purchasing ▲IT, among others.
Applicants must be graduates of a four-year regular university (or graduate school) or expected to graduate by February 2025. The selection process includes document screening, an AI competency test (online), practical interviews, final interviews, and a pre-employment medical examination. The expected start date is the end of December 2024.
This year, the company expanded communication channels with job seekers by utilizing short-form video content lasting about one minute. The ‘Beauty Company Observation Diary’ content, which introduces a day in the life of employees, has recorded over approximately 500,000 cumulative views and received high responses from prospective applicants. The videos can be viewed on the official Cosmax Group Instagram channel.
Cosmax Group will hold an online job consultation session on the metaverse platform Gather Town on the 25th. From early September until the 30th, offline job consultation sessions will also be expanded and conducted mainly at major universities compared to previous years.
