The 'Incheon Island Portal Site,' containing travel information for the islands of Ongjin-gun and Ganghwa-gun in Incheon, has been launched.
According to Incheon City on the 19th, the portal allows users to search for accommodations, restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions by each Incheon island, and also provides information on major tourist sites and travel reviews.
Additionally, the 'Incheon Island Dodo (島島) Experience Living' program offers experiences on 21 islands, including Jumundo and Boreumdo in Ganghwa-gun, and Baengnyeongdo, Soyado, and Gureopdo in Ongjin-gun, at discounts of up to 50%.
The portal site was built to allow users to view scattered information about Incheon’s islands all at once. The city expects this to revitalize island tourism and contribute to increasing the income of island residents.
An official from Incheon City stated, "We plan to continuously enhance web content to convey the charm of Incheon’s islands and motivate travel, as well as improve user convenience features."
