At around 11 a.m. on the 18th, a collision involving four vehicles, including a passenger car and buses, occurred near the Mannam Square rest area on the Gyeongbu Expressway in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

According to the police and fire authorities, while vehicles were repeatedly stopping and going due to traffic congestion, a K3 passenger car traveling in the second lane of the Seoul-bound highway rear-ended an EV6, and a school bus and a tour bus following behind also collided one after another.
As a result of the accident, four people in the EV6 and three of the four people in the K3, excluding the driver, sustained minor injuries and were transported to the hospital.
The Seocho Police Station in Seoul mobilized all available personnel to manage the scene, and reported that traffic flow is currently smooth.
