Former President Donald Trump stated on the 15th (local time) that he is safe following a shooting incident at his golf course in Florida.
According to major foreign media, immediately after the shooting incident, Trump sent an email to his supporters saying, "There was a shooting near me. But before rumors spiral out of control, I want to tell you this: I am safe and well!"
He added, "Nothing will slow me down. I will never surrender!"
According to judicial authorities, the shooting occurred in the afternoon at Trump's golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida, while the former president was playing golf. An investigation is currently underway, and Trump was not injured.
This shooting occurred about two months after an assassination attempt on former President Trump. He also expressed his determination not to surrender immediately after the assassination attempt in July.
According to The New York Times, the suspect in the assassination attempt on Trump has been identified as a 58-year-old man from Hawaii. The motive for the crime is still unknown. If it is revealed that the suspect is connected to political circles or external forces, significant repercussions are expected.
