There is a way to consolidate forgotten card points and convert them into cash without downloading an application (app). Some card companies offer real-time deposit processing, allowing use even during the Chuseok holiday period.
You can cash out card points by accessing the Credit Finance Association's integrated card points inquiry site. First, search for "point integrated inquiry" on a portal site to access the site. After entering the site, click on the integrated inquiry, account deposit, or donation menu, then check the consent for the collection and use of personal information, distinguishing between members and non-members, before proceeding.

Once consent is given, identity verification is conducted. Since no fees, CVC, or card passwords are required, if these are requested, it should be suspected as a scam. Identity verification is mainly divided into three types: card verification, i-PIN verification, and mobile phone verification. Afterward, click on the delegation consent for service use and proceed to see a list of card companies where you can perform an integrated card points inquiry. Only card company members can view remaining points, points about to expire, and the expiration month. You can also receive guidance on point usage.
After checking your points, you can proceed with account deposit or donation. For donations, log in to each card company’s website to check the points available for donation, then select the donation destination and amount. For account deposits, enter the bank name and account number, then click confirm to complete the cash conversion of card points.
Be aware that the processing deadlines for point account deposits vary by card company. Except during server maintenance times, the card companies that can process deposits in real time are BC, Shinhan, Woori, KB Kookmin, and NH Nonghyup cards. Hyundai Card allows real-time deposit processing when applying between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m., and Hana Card between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Outside these hours, deposits are processed sequentially at the next available real-time deposit application time. Lotte, Samsung, Citi Card, and Post Office cards, which deposit on the next business day, will process deposits on the 19th if applied for during the Chuseok holiday period.
