The Visiting School Consulting project aims to provide AI-based customized education to elementary, middle, and high school students nationwide, fostering creativity, convergence capabilities, critical thinking skills, and character development.

The operating institutions are responsible for developing and running training programs to create a culture of innovation in digital-based classes and assessments suitable for frontline school environments.

Mokwon University leads this project by forming a consortium with Chungbuk National University (a flagship national university), Chuncheon National University of Education (an elementary teacher training university), LG Uplus (a digital technology specialist company), and L-Line Co., Ltd. (a company specializing in digital-based educational program development and human resource training), along with other major domestic digital companies and teacher training universities for elementary and secondary education.

The project team plans to drive classroom innovation at 200 elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide by utilizing the ‘Artificial Intelligence Digital Textbook (AIDT)’.

A notable aspect of the consortium is that three national and private teacher training institutions for elementary and secondary education guarantee expertise in teacher training and lesson design, while LG Uplus establishes a system to support teacher training using its nationwide service network.

Additionally, the consortium’s strength lies in expanding coverage nationwide by strengthening administrative support for teacher training through the edutech company L-Line Co., Ltd.

Mokwon University expects this project to present a new standard for digital education to both teachers and students, contributing to qualitative improvements in classes and the realization of customized education through AI technology.

Lee Hee-hak, President of Mokwon University, said, “Being selected for this project reaffirms Mokwon University’s capabilities to lead AI and digital innovation at the center of future education. Mokwon University will continue to play a leading role in transforming the paradigm of education in Korea and strive to open new horizons in education at the forefront of global educational innovation.”
