Daejeon Tourism Organization Holds Unveiling Ceremony for Kkumssi Family Sculpture

Daejeon Tourism Organization announced that at 5 p.m. on the 12th, it held an unveiling ceremony in front of Hanbit Tower at Expo Science Park, introducing newly installed sculptures of Kkumdori, Kkumsuni, and other members of the Kkumssi Family to the public.
The Kkumssi Family sculptures were installed to commemorate the move-in of Daejeon's representative characters, the Kkumssi Family?who are active in various festivals and events, including the 'Daejeon 0 O'Clock Festival'?to Expo Science Park.
The organization plans to expand character marketing by improving designs and developing the Kkumssi Family, following the successful return of Kkumdori.
Yoon Sungkuk, President of Daejeon Tourism Organization, said, "This year is the first year to newly introduce Daejeon's representative mascots, Kkumdori and the Kkumssi Family, to Daejeon citizens and visitors." He added, "With the installation of the Kkumssi Family sculptures, we hope to bring joy to visitors at Expo Science Park and develop various urban marketing initiatives utilizing these characters."
