Under the goal of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) win-win management, Twosome Place has been steadily carrying out activities for mutual growth with various stakeholders. The early payment targets approximately 263 partner companies, and Twosome Place advanced the payment date of a total of 3 billion KRW in transaction funds to before the holiday to alleviate the operational burden of partners during September, when financial demands peak due to the Chuseok holiday.

As part of its ESG management, Twosome Place also continues various win-win activities with franchise owners. It maintains communication with franchise owners by holding regular meetings with the Franchisee Representatives Council, and recently conducted tours of Twosome Place’s coffee and dessert specialized production facility, the ‘Awesome Pairing Plant,’ for franchise owners to build cooperative relationships.

Twosome Place spares no support for increasing franchise owners’ sales and efficient store operations. Notably, since April this year, the company has fully covered the costs of large-scale TV advertising campaigns, including the 'Abak (Icebox)' campaign featuring singer BIBI, without any financial burden on the franchise owners. Additionally, the Twosome SEP Center, a professional training facility, offers the entire curriculum free of charge to strengthen the capabilities of franchise store managers. To ease hiring burdens, Twosome Place operates a brand recruitment section within a hiring platform, allowing franchise stores to post job openings free of charge.

Kim Shin-young, Head of Management Planning at Twosome Place, stated, "Ahead of the Chuseok holiday, when financial demands peak, we decided to make early payments to help our partners manage their funds smoothly and stably." He added, "Twosome Place will continue to pursue ESG win-win management and engage in activities for sustainable mutual growth with various stakeholders, including partners and franchise owners."
