Ediya Coffee to Advance Payment for Partner Companies Ahead of Chuseok This Year

Ediya Coffee announced on the 13th that it will continue its win-win management by making early payments of approximately 2 billion KRW in delivery payments to its partner companies ahead of the Chuseok holiday.

This early payment was made to support 82 partner companies by promoting mutual growth and win-win management, and to assist partner companies facing concentrated financial demands before the holiday, such as bonuses and various wages, as well as raw material payments. Since 2016, Ediya Coffee has been making advance payments of delivery fees before the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays every year to help alleviate the financial burden of its partners, with the cumulative amount of early payments over nine years reaching approximately 72 billion KRW.

Additionally, Ediya Coffee operates partner service training and an excellent partner award system to promote mutual growth with its partners. In particular, quarterly meetings are held with interior partner companies to share on-site opinions, and outstanding companies and site managers are selected, with a total annual reward of about 5 million KRW separately allocated, continuously operating systems for mutual growth.

Recognizing these efforts, Ediya Coffee became the first coffee franchise to obtain the CCM (Consumer-Centered Management) certification, operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission, in 2018, and successfully renewed the certification in 2020 and 2022. Notably, in 2022, it received the Presidential Citation for the Consumer-Centered Management of the Year award.
