Operating Study Groups for Self-Introduction, NCS, Aptitude Tests, and Interviews
Dongjak-gu, Seoul (Mayor Park Il-ha) announced on the 13th that it will continue the "2024 Second Half Youth Employment Competency Enhancement (Cheongchiryuk)" program following the first half to support young job seekers facing difficulties in finding employment.
"Cheongchiryuk" was established to help young people preparing for employment at various companies such as large corporations, private companies, and public enterprises by operating special lectures and study groups to improve their employment competitiveness.
This program focuses on "practical mock interviews," providing opportunities to acquire necessary information and strategies for interview settings and to practice them directly. Participants can attend a special lecture on "Analysis of Corporate Recruitment Announcements and Job Selection Strategies," held in line with the second half recruitment season including large corporate open recruitment, to gain an overview of employment information.
Afterwards, through three study groups?▲Self-Introduction Completion Group ▲NCS and Aptitude Test Completion Group ▲Interview Completion Group?participants receive assignments tailored to each group's characteristics and perform them as if in real situations to strengthen their employment capabilities.
The Self-Introduction and NCS Completion Groups consist of five sessions each, and the Interview Completion Group consists of three sessions. All assignments receive individual feedback from employment professional consultants. Additionally, the district will hold a special lecture inviting HR managers from large corporations to provide key information related to employment, such as the recruitment plans of their companies and methods for analyzing recruitment announcements.
The program will be held from the 26th of this month to December 18th at the Noryangjin Youth Job Center (2nd floor, 140 Noryangjin-ro), and any job-seeking youth aged 19 to 39 residing or active in the district can apply. To participate, scan the QR code on the promotional poster and access the link to fill out the Google form. For more details, contact the Noryangjin Youth Job Center.
Dongjak-gu operated a theory-centered basic interview class in the first half of the year, with a total of 1,175 young people participating.
Mayor Park Il-ha said, "We prepared this education so that local youth can establish their own employment strategies," and added, "We will actively collect opinions from the youth and implement policies that are practically needed."
