CJ Group to Open Recruitment for 2024 Second Half New Employees Starting from the 12th

CJ Group announced on the 12th that its major affiliates, including CJ CheilJedang, CJ Logistics, CJ ENM, and CJ Olive Young, will begin the open recruitment process for new employees for the second half of 2024.

Applications for the 2024 second half new employee open recruitment can be submitted online through the ‘CJ Group Recruitment Site’ starting from the 12th, with the deadline on October 4. Candidates who pass the document screening will then undergo customized selection processes for each affiliate, including ▲tests ▲first interview ▲second interview ▲job performance evaluation (internship). Final successful candidates who pass all recruitment stages will be selected around December and will receive onboarding training as new employees of CJ Group.


Applicants may apply to only one of the recruiting affiliates, and duplicate applications are not allowed. Since various customized recruitment procedures are conducted according to each affiliate’s business area and job role, it is necessary to carefully review the recruitment announcements and detailed information.


In line with its management philosophy of “Talent First (人材第一),” CJ operates a proactive HR innovation system where anyone can grow through fair competition and diverse opportunities. Meanwhile, to mark this recruitment season, CJ unveiled a new slogan, ‘Create Your Moments (Make your own special moments at CJ).’ This slogan conveys the message that individuals take initiative to create work experiences through various activities at CJ and create joyful moments for people.


Along with the new slogan, CJ will also release video content utilizing CJ ENM IP to deliver recruitment information in an easy and entertaining way. The official YouTube channels ‘CJ Newsroom’ and ‘CJ Career’ will upload videos starting from the 12th, including ‘Amazing CJ,’ featuring recruitment officers and current employees explaining recruitment procedures and job information; ‘Carry Your Senior and Run,’ where comedian Lee Chang-ho interviews key talents about their careers; and Q&A sessions and tips related to recruitment. Additionally, ‘CJ Newsroom’ will provide content where current employees share detailed information about job roles and required competencies.
