Shinsegae Food Collaborates with Vietnam's 'G7 Coffee' to Launch Bakery Products

Two Types of Dessert Cakes Using 'G7 Coffee' Sold at Bakery Stores Nationwide in Emart

Shinsegae Food announced on the 12th that it has partnered with the Vietnamese global coffee brand 'G7 Coffee' to launch the first-ever bakery collaboration product in Korea.

G7 Coffee is a coffee brand of Trung Nguyen Legend Group, a leading company in Vietnam, the world's second-largest coffee bean producer and exporter. The coffee is made by applying premium roasted beans with German luxury roasting technology and cutting-edge coffee processing technology called Nanoplus Technology. It features a smooth and rich coffee taste while preserving the original flavor and aroma of the coffee.

The 'Cafe Cream Roll with G7 Coffee,' introduced through the collaboration between Shinsegae Food and G7 Coffee, is a cream bread filled with coffee cream made from G7 Coffee inside a moist coffee bun, allowing consumers to enjoy the deep and rich flavor of the coffee beans with smooth cream. The 'Cafe Spoon Cake with G7 Coffee,' also launched together, is a spoonable cake made by layering cream infused with G7 Coffee on a savory oat cream base and cake sheets, making it easy to store and convenient to eat.

The two new bakery products made using G7 Coffee will be available for purchase starting from the 13th at bakery stores inside E-Mart nationwide, priced at 4,980 KRW (for 3 pieces) and 6,980 KRW, respectively.
