Chuseok Holiday Food Sharing and Gift Support for People with Disabilities
S-OIL (CEO: Anwar Al Hejazi) and the Ulsan Volunteer Center (Chairman: Kim Seokwon) carried out a meal service volunteer activity for neighbors in need at the Ulsan Disabled Sports Center on the 12th in celebration of Chuseok.
On this day, about 20 S-OIL Ulsan Plant team leaders participated, serving galbitang, bulgogi, sikhye, and more to 250 disabled individuals using the sports center, exchanging holiday greetings and delivering daily necessities as gifts.
This activity was part of the Warmth Sharing Campaign in Korea, aiming to deliver the meaning of a bountiful and generous Chuseok holiday by providing carefully prepared holiday meals to local disabled residents ahead of the Chuseok holiday.
Oh Hyeongcheol, Head of S-OIL External Affairs Team, stated, "S-OIL will continue to make efforts to spread a culture of sharing in our society by conveying warmth to neighbors in need in the community."
S-OIL is actively conducting various employee volunteer activities for the local community and neighbors in need, such as the Sunshine Sharing Volunteer Program, kimchi sharing, baking volunteer activities, and the Companion Beach Care Campaign.
