Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) held a gift delivery ceremony for Chuseok on the morning of the 11th.
This delivery ceremony was made possible by items donated by Jungnang-gu's public relations ambassador, singer Bae Ah-hyun, and her fan cafe.
The donated items consisted of 200 bags of 10kg white rice worth approximately 6 million KRW, which were entrusted to the Seoul Social Welfare Community Chest and will be distributed to low-income residents in Jungnang-gu. Notably, Bae Ah-hyun's fan cafe, 'Ahyun Heart,' also participated in this delivery ceremony, further enhancing the significance of the donation.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, expressed his gratitude, saying, "Bae Ah-hyun actively promotes Jungnang-gu, and seeing her fans share their warmth together makes Chuseok in Jungnang even more abundant." He added, "We will do our best to ensure that the donated items are used well by the residents in need."
Bae Ah-hyun, who was appointed as Jungnang-gu's public relations ambassador last January, continues to actively promote the district, including performing at the 2024 Jungnang Seoul Rose Festival celebration.
