iM Securities Operates 'US Stock Night Desk' During Chuseok Holiday

iM Securities announced on the 11th that it will operate a ‘U.S. Stock Night Desk’ to support the trading of U.S. stock investors during the Chuseok holiday period.

Currently, U.S. stocks through iM Securities can be traded during the pre-market (17:00~22:30), regular market (22:30~05:00), and after-market (05:00~07:00) hours. Accordingly, iM Securities operates the night desk to assist investors during all trading hours.

Daytime trading was fully suspended from the 16th of last month due to the need to secure stability measures such as preventing recurrence at alternative exchanges, but daytime trading quotes and reservation order services are still provided.

Investors can trade U.S. stocks through iM Securities’ Mobile Trading System (MTS) during the holiday period. Support for orders, currency exchange, system and service guidance is available through the night desk, and especially in case of quote disruptions, rapid response is possible. The U.S. Stock Night Desk can be reached via a dedicated phone line.

Additionally, iM Securities offers a global direct trading (integrated margin) service to enhance investor convenience. This service automatically handles the currency exchange required for trading U.S. stocks, allowing investors to trade U.S. stocks during the holiday period without separate currency exchange procedures.

Furthermore, through the server automatic order service, investors can have U.S. stock trading orders automatically executed based on pre-set conditions, enabling them to actively respond to rapidly changing markets.
