Comprehensive Score of 94.59 Points in Six Areas Including Patient Rights Protection

Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital recently ranked second nationwide in the 4th Patient Experience Evaluation announced by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service.
This evaluation was conducted over five months, from August to December 2023, targeting discharged patients from 374 general hospitals across the country.
In the evaluation, Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital achieved a comprehensive score of 94.59 points, ranking second nationwide in six areas: nurse service, doctor service, medication and treatment process, hospital environment, protection of patient rights, and overall evaluation. The average score among hospitals nationwide was 81.3 points.
Park Hyungkuk, director of the hospital, said, "I am grateful for the dedication of our staff who have cared for patients with sincerity, based on Soonchunhyang's founding philosophy of 'love for humanity.' After the opening of the new hospital, scheduled for February 2025, we will be able to provide the best medical services in even better facilities and environment."
