KOTRA Ulsan Support Team and Mobility Market Development Delegation Dispatched
Ulsan City is set to explore the Japanese automotive parts market.
In collaboration with KOTRA Ulsan, Ulsan City will dispatch a market development delegation to the 'Inside Japan Mobility Technology Exchange Exhibition 2024,' which will be held in Nagoya, Japan, from the 11th to the 12th, to support local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in entering overseas markets.
This event, hosted by the KOTRA Nagoya Trade Center, is designed to help Korean automotive parts companies enter the next-generation automobile supply chain in Japan and secure core parts and technology supply chains.
A total of 57 Korean companies and 300 Japanese companies will participate, with exhibitions, business consultations, and the Korea-Japan Future Mobility Cooperation Forum taking place.
Four SMEs from the Ulsan region, including DIC Co., Ltd., KAR Co., Ltd., and ES Link Co., Ltd., will join the market development delegation and operate exhibition consultation booths.
The participating companies will have the opportunity to enter the Japanese next-generation automotive parts market by consulting with local buyers at the exhibition booths.
Ulsan City will support the participating companies by covering expenses such as booth rental, equipment, and interpretation fees.
An official from Ulsan City stated, "By dispatching the market development delegation, we are actively supporting the establishment of global networks and overseas market entry for our city's SMEs," adding, "We will spare no effort in supporting Ulsan's SMEs so that they can pioneer the global market, contributing to the recovery of the local economy and increasing exports."
