EVR Studio, Softech Korea, Hanguk Forensic, and Synerin Sign Comprehensive Business Agreement

EVR Studio, Softech Korea, Korea Forensic, and Synerin announced on the 10th that they have signed a comprehensive business agreement (MOU) for the advancement of future technologies.

The companies stated that this agreement will serve as an important milestone to create new business opportunities through various collaborations based on each company's expertise and to promote technological innovation.

EVR Studio possesses world-class leading technology and focuses on developing top digital content in AAA console games and virtual reality (VR, AR, XR) fields based on digital human, metaverse, and digital virtual world production technologies. They are creating famous IP and NFT-based games such as the AAA-level game "Project Mudang," which is based on the webtoon Mudang, and the story living metaverse content "Project V."

Softech Korea provides advanced software solutions and, as a technology partner supporting corporate digital transformation, is applying blockchain technology to various fields such as healthverse and games through the LOTT project, utilizing the "LOTT Token" as a payment method in this new platform business.

The LOTT Token is expected to be used not only on the LOTT platform but also within the ecosystem linked to EVR Studio’s digital human project Eden and AAA console games like "Project Mudang" and "Superbee," enabling future use in P2E and payment methods. This is anticipated to lead to the advancement of the LOTT platform and blockchain business.

Korea Forensic is a digital forensic specialist company with strengths in cybersecurity and legal evidence analysis. They provide evidence collection and analysis services such as IP asset and cryptocurrency asset information accumulation, SNS analysis, deleted file recovery, tracking, and retrieval. Acting as cyber detectives, they offer forensic services to various companies and investigative agencies and are expanding into law firms. With rapidly increasing demand, they are accelerating talent development through educational systems and play an important role by having essential backup systems for future generations.

Synerin focuses on developing and supplying advanced IT solutions, particularly excelling in artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics. With expertise in core AI technologies, machine learning, and decision-making systems, they are a solution development specialist company that has carried out projects such as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ TIPS (private-led investment linkage) program, AI data learning dataset construction projects, and the launch of real-time health diagnosis AI services. Their "Real Valu" real-time AI-based healthcare service is gaining significant attention.

Through this agreement, the four companies plan to collaborate on joint research and development (R&D), adoption of new technologies, and market expansion.
