SPC Shake Shack Opens New Store at Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport

Shake Shack, a handmade burger franchise operated by SPC, announced on the 10th that it has opened a new store near Gimpo Airport Station on Subway Lines 5 and 9, inside Lotte Mall.

The new store, called Shake Shack Gimpo, is located on the MF floor of Lotte Mall, covering 234.7㎡ (approximately 71 pyeong) with 82 seats. Shake Shack Gimpo carries on the warm natural atmosphere of Lotte Mall by incorporating natural elements such as sky, trees, water, and earth into its modern interior design. Outside the store, in collaboration with artist Unari, the artwork 'The Shack Tree' was installed, depicting people enjoying Shake Shack products happily on a large tree.

At the Gimpo location, in addition to the existing signature menu items such as the ShackBurger, Shack Stack, and SmokeShack, the store introduces the signature dessert menu 'Forest Gimpo.' This dessert features custard topped with various ingredients, combining savory mugwort and red beans with crispy toppings, creating a rich and crunchy texture.

To celebrate the opening of the Gimpo store, Shake Shack has prepared various events. On the opening day, the first 50 customers will receive Shake Shack sunglasses, and on the 14th and 15th, a customer participation event will be held where Lotte Mall customers can receive Shake Shack benefit coupons.
