Hwaseong-si, Recruiting Suppliers for Hometown Love Donation Program Return Gifts

Applications Accepted from 23rd to 25th... For Businesses Based on Local Production and Manufacturing

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province will publicly recruit thank-you gifts and suppliers to be provided to donors of the Hometown Love Donation Program from the 23rd to the 25th.

This recruitment aims to activate the Hometown Love Donation Program by expanding the range of thank-you gifts. The recruitment fields include ▲agricultural and livestock products ▲marine products ▲processed foods ▲daily necessities ▲tourism and service products.

Currently, Hwaseong City has 23 suppliers providing 59 items as thank-you gifts, including Suyangmi rice reflecting local characteristics, Korean beef and pork sets, cable car tickets, and grape wine.

The recruitment target is businesses based in Hwaseong City with production and manufacturing facilities, capable of producing, manufacturing, and storing products locally and supplying thank-you gifts when needed.

Interested companies can check the announcement on the Hwaseong City Hall website under Notices and Announcements and submit the application documents in person or by mail to the Hwaseong City Communication and Autonomy Division within the application period.

The city will select suppliers next month through the Hwaseong City Thank-You Gift Selection Committee's review. Selected companies will provide thank-you gifts to donors of the Hometown Love Donation Program until December next year after completing procedures such as supply contracts and registration in the Hometown Love e-um system.

Meanwhile, the Hometown Love Donation Program allows individuals to donate up to 5 million KRW annually to local governments other than their residence. Donations up to 100,000 KRW are fully tax-deductible, and amounts exceeding 100,000 KRW receive a 16.5% tax credit along with thank-you gifts worth 30% of the donation amount. Participation is possible by accessing the Hometown Love e-um website or visiting any NongHyup branch nationwide.
