NHN Data Partners with Musinsa to Provide Instagram DM Marketing Solution

On the 10th, NHN Data announced that it has provided its Instagram direct message (DM) marketing automation solution, 'SocialBiz,' through a partnership with Musinsa.


SocialBiz is a marketing solution developed by NHN Data in partnership with Meta, focusing on Instagram DM automation features. It offers various automatic DM sending functions that can be utilized based on customer actions, such as automatic replies to Reels and post comments, story mention replies, and fixed menus within chat windows.


Through this partnership, NHN Data provides SocialBiz to Musinsa curators. Musinsa operates the 'Musinsa Curator Service,' where fashion influencers personally select and recommend products that can be purchased through the 'Curator Shop.' When customers leave comments on posts and Reels within the curator's account, automatic replies or pre-set DMs are sent. Curators can send recommended product lists and guide discount benefits through carousel messages that sequentially display multiple image contents.


It was also reported that the total transaction amount of Musinsa fashion curators using SocialBiz increased by 85% compared to the same period before use. In particular, the click-through rate (CTR) on links relative to DM sends, an important metric in online advertising, recorded 69%, driving sales growth.


Jinsu Lee, CEO of NHN Data, stated, "The fashion industry is especially active in collaboration with influencers, making real-time communication with customers via Instagram DM an important market," adding, "Going forward, SocialBiz plans to support more curators through a closer partnership with Musinsa."
