New High-End Machine Tool Series
DN Solutions, the global 3rd and domestic 1st ranked machine tool company, announced on the 10th that it simultaneously unveiled its new multitasking (multi-process) machine 'DNX Series' at major machine tool exhibitions in the United States and Europe on the 9th.
The DNX Series is equipment capable of handling complex turning and milling operations in one go, enhancing productivity and simplifying processes.
A DN Solutions customer in the Netherlands, manufacturing two-wheeler parts, achieved a 12-fold increase in annual production by adopting the multitasking machine compared to when they only had turning centers and milling machines.
The DNX Series (DNX 2100SB, DNX 2100S) unveiled by DN Solutions this time is a product that declares the 'popularization of multitasking machines.'
The DNX Series offers an opportunity for small metal processing companies to adopt multitasking machines at a reasonable price compared to high-priced multitasking machines.
The design has also been newly changed, emphasizing future-oriented value by utilizing the DN Group's symbolic color, 'DN Blue.'
DN Solutions showcased various products including the DNX 2100SB and the 5-axis machine DVF 5000 at IMTS 2024 in Chicago, USA, and AMB 2024 in Stuttgart, Germany, launching a global market offensive.
