'Wirye Symphonia,' an urban senior residence in Songpa-gu, Seoul, scheduled for occupancy in March next year, is launching full-scale tenant recruitment.
Hanmi Global's real estate development subsidiary, Hanmi Global D&I, announced on the 10th that it will conduct a pre-reserved room designation contract for Wirye Symphonia. Based on the preliminary demand survey results, in addition to the existing exclusive areas of 32~33㎡ and 47㎡, a 66~72㎡ type has been newly added.
The exclusive 32~33㎡ units are specialized for single-person households, while the 47㎡ units offer a living room and two bedrooms with a circular layout providing a spacious feel. The newly unveiled 66~72㎡ units feature a 3-bay structure for excellent lighting and ventilation, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms each. There is ample space for two-person living, including a living room, a separate dressing room, and built-in closets. Bespoke home appliances are provided as full options throughout.
Emergency bells that can be called in case of urgent situations are installed throughout the residence. A variety of services are available for residents. All three meals?breakfast, lunch, and dinner?are provided as healthy meals by dedicated nutritionists. Housekeeping services such as cleaning and waste separation, as well as concierge services to assist daily life, are included as standard. The building houses a nurse's office and a healthcare room where residents can receive 24-hour health consultations and personalized exercise recommendations. Additionally, about 20 educational programs per month will be offered by specialized personnel in various fields.

A Hanmi Global D&I official stated, "While providing hotel-grade services and various community programs as a basic offering, we have expanded the range of choices to suit consumers' lifestyles from practical to premium living spaces." They added, "We plan to offer benefits such as freezing the deposit for four years and partially supporting initial living expenses for early contract signers."
