‘Cheongnyeon.ZIP: Compressed Passion, Unfolding Tomorrow’... Guro-gu Hosts Youth Day Commemoration Event

Specialized Lecture Series... Part 1 'Now I Really Want to Save Money', Part 2 'Godsaeng Personal Branding Strategy for Achieving Goals'... Policy Challenge Golden Bell, Expert Consultations by Field, Daily Lectures, Customized Color Diagnosis, and Various Programs Offered

Guro-gu (Mayor Moon Heon-il) will hold a Youth Day commemorative event titled “Youth.ZIP: Compressed Passion, Unfolding Tomorrow” on the 21st at the Guro Youth Space Cheongnyeon Irum (Orillo 1130).


Youth Day is a legal commemorative day established to raise awareness of the importance of guaranteeing youth rights and development and to increase interest in youth issues. It is observed every year on the third Saturday of September.


To celebrate Youth Day, the district announced that it has prepared various programs to promote youth growth and social participation, including ▲special lectures by notable figures ▲policy challenge Golden Bell quiz ▲consultations with experts in various fields ▲one-day classes ▲personal color diagnosis.


The special lectures will be held in two sessions: Part 1 (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and Part 2 (3 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Part 1 will cover the topic “Now I Really Want to Save Money,” and Part 2 will focus on “God-level Personal Branding Strategies for Achieving Goals.”

From 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., one-day classes reflecting youth interests (making perfume, suncatchers, and doorbells) will be held. Starting at 1 p.m., the policy challenge Golden Bell quiz, which offers an easy and fun approach to youth policies, consultations with experts in five fields (housing, mental health, jobs, startups, employment), and personal color diagnosis will take place.


Youths aged 19 to 39 can apply in advance by scanning the QR code on the event poster by the 10th of this month. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, various programs such as youth policy voting, art exhibitions, stationery fairs, mini-games, caricatures, and four-cut photo booths, where youths can communicate and participate, will be operated regularly.


A Guro-gu official said, “This event was prepared to support the growth and development of youths in celebration of Youth Day,” adding, “We plan to continue preparing various programs where youths can communicate and participate, so we ask for your great interest and participation.”
