SK C&C announced on the 10th that it is accepting applications for its second half new graduate recruitment until the 19th to secure digital transformation (DX) specialists who will lead future innovation in artificial intelligence (AI).
This recruitment targets candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher, those expected to graduate by February next year, and graduates, with a scale in the triple digits. The recruitment fields include a total of 10 areas: ▲ AI/Data ▲ Software Engineering ▲ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other solution software ▲ Cloud ▲ Digital Factory ▲ Sales/Marketing ▲ Strategic Planning/Finance/Corporate Culture ▲ Digital Consulting, among others.
The recruitment process proceeds in the order of document screening, written test, and interview. Final successful candidates will be announced at the end of November. Anyone with basic IT skills and interest and passion for the AI digital field can apply regardless of their major. SK C&C has abolished the coding test conducted until last year and selects candidates with the potential to grow into AI DX experts.

In the written test, AI is used to evaluate applicants' problem analysis and solving abilities. Applicants will take the test by understanding the meaning of the given problems and solving them using AI.
Yoon Poong-young, President of SK C&C, said, "We actively introduced AI in this new graduate recruitment to discover the digital AI potential possessed by new talents," adding, "We will support new employees to grow into global top-level DX experts in various industrial fields in the future."
