Mesmerizing Dance Performances with Cool River Breeze at Hwangsan Park
Yangsan City, Gyeongnam announced that the 'Yangsan Blue Ocean Festa 2024 Active Dance Competition,' the first nationwide dance contest held in Yangsan on the afternoon of the 7th, concluded successfully.
This competition, held at Hwangsan Park, a local landmark, saw dance enthusiasts from across the country showcase their honed skills in a heated contest, all while enjoying the refreshing river breeze of the Nakdong River.
This event was more than just a dance competition; it served as a festival of unity for participants of all ages. Contestants exchanged their unique dance styles, sharing their cultures and artistic sensibilities, and delivered a moving experience to the spectators in attendance.
In particular, the event provided special memories for citizens out for an evening stroll. Families enjoying dance together with their children in the cool breeze, and teenagers cheering with friends, all came together as one, with around 2,000 citizens enjoying the Yangsan Blue Ocean Festa 2024.
A variety of food options were also available from food trucks, boosting visitor satisfaction while contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
Mayor Na Dongyeon said, "Through this event, we were able to widely promote the beauty of Hwangsan Park and create a festival where dance enthusiasts from all over the country could come together and generate new culture.
