Resuming with the start of the second semester, the "1,000-Won Breakfast" will be available at the Cheomseong Cafeteria on the first floor of the Welfare Center at Kyungpook National University until the start of the winter break. The menu mainly consists of Korean-style meals that are simple yet nutritionally balanced.

The savings from the rice purchase, thanks to Nonghyup's support, will be used to improve meal quality. Kyungpook National University plans to organize a monitoring team led by the student council to assess student satisfaction and reflect any suggestions for improvement.

The meal price is set at 5,500 to 6,000 won, with students paying 2,000 won and the university covering the remaining cost.

Hong Wonhwa, President of Kyungpook National University, who visited the cafeteria on the 9th to inspect the site and share the "1,000-Won Breakfast" with students, said, "I hope our students can start their day healthy and strong with breakfast made from our local rice.
