Bucheon City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 9th that it will operate the cultural playground 'Nuriteo' to make it easier to use the Munhwa Nuri Card.
This event, promoted in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Cultural Foundation, will take place on the 12th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the parking lot in front of the Sang3-dong Administrative Welfare Center.
At the site, visitors can directly see various cultural product samples and receive items by delivery, and payments can be made not only with the Munhwa Nuri Card but also with regular cards.
At Nuriteo, a mobile truck will visit users who have difficulty visiting Munhwa Nuri Card affiliated stores, providing services to make it easier to purchase cultural products such as handicrafts, sports goods, and camping equipment.
The Integrated Cultural Voucher (Munhwa Nuri Card) is a cultural welfare project that provides opportunities to enjoy cultural arts, tourism, and sports activities to basic livelihood security recipients and low-income groups aged six and older, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce cultural disparities.
With budgets from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance's Lottery Commission Lottery Fund, Gyeonggi Province, and Bucheon City, an annual cultural enjoyment cost of 130,000 KRW per person is supported in the form of a card.
