Expected Benefits from the New Daejeon Line 2 Tram Installation

Hanwha Construction Division is offering first-come, first-served sales of 'Doma Forena Haemoro,' which is expected to benefit from the new Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram.

This apartment, jointly constructed by Hanwha Construction Division and HJ Heavy Industries, is located in the area of 181-1, Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. It consists of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 818 households ranging from 39 to 101㎡ in exclusive area. Among these, 568 units are available for general sale. The number of units by area is △59㎡A 209 units △59㎡B 111 units △74㎡A 65 units △74㎡B 92 units △84㎡ 86 units △101㎡ 5 units.


At Doma Intersection, where Doma Forena Haemoro is located, a new tram station called Doma Station (tentative name) will be established on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2. This tram line is a 37.8 km circular route around Daejeon City, and recently, the power supply method was decided to be hydrogen fuel cells, with construction scheduled to begin in the second half of this year. The first phase of the Chungcheong Regional Railway line (Gyeryong to Sintanjin, 35.4 km section) is also scheduled to start construction within this year. A sales official from Hanwha Construction Division explained, "After the announcement of the production of Daejeon Line 2 tram vehicles, investor interest has increased sharply, leading to a rapid rise in model house visits and quick depletion of unsold units."

This complex is located in the core area of the Doma-Byeondong district (25,000 households), which has been redeveloped through an urban renewal project of a large-scale old housing area. The complex is surrounded by transportation networks such as Gyebaek-ro, Doma Intersection, and Daedunsan-ro. Access to Honam Expressway, Daejeon Southern Ring Expressway, and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway is also convenient. It is close to Daejeon Southwest Bus Terminal (about a 10-minute walk), KTX Seodaejeon Station (about a 10-minute drive), and Daejeon Line 1 Seodaejeon Negeori Station (about a 10-minute drive). Daesin Middle and High Schools are within a 10-minute walk. Boksu Elementary, Daejeon Samyuk Elementary (private), Beodne Middle, and Jeil High School are all within a 1 km radius. Nearby natural features include Yudeungcheon Stream and Oryang Mountain. Doma Large Market, Costco, and Homeplus are also located nearby.


The apartment buildings of Doma Forena Haemoro are mainly arranged facing south, which is advantageous for natural lighting. Medium to large units of 74㎡ or larger are designed with a 4-bay layout. Meanwhile, even owners of one house can sign a contract for this apartment. The resale restriction period is 6 months, and resale is allowed before moving in. Move-in is scheduled for the first half of 2027.
