Air Busan to Launch New Busan-Bali Route from Gimhae Airport

Starting October 30, operating four times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun)

Mobilizing all organizational capabilities to prepare for launch

The air route between Gimhae Airport and Indonesia is opening.

Air Busan has confirmed the launch schedule for the Busan-Bali route, which will be the first direct mid-to-long-haul flight from Gimhae Airport to Indonesia.

Air Busan (CEO Doo Seongkuk) announced on the 9th that it will newly operate the Busan-Indonesia Bali route four times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) starting from October 30.

The flight schedule departs from Gimhae International Airport at 6:10 PM and arrives at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, Indonesia at 12:05 AM the next day. The return flight departs from Bali at 1:15 AM and arrives at Gimhae International Airport at 9:10 AM on the same day. Air Busan will deploy its next-generation aircraft, the A321NeoLR (220 seats), and the flight time will be approximately 6 hours and 55 minutes.

Since securing traffic rights in May, Air Busan has devoted all its resources to preparations amid growing interest and expectations. With this new route, Air Busan joins the ranks of mid-to-long-haul carriers and marks a new turning point in its journey toward becoming "Asia's best LCC."

To commemorate the launch, Air Busan is also running a special promotion for Busan-Bali route tickets.

The promotion will run for four days from 11 AM on the 10th to the 13th of this month, with one-way all-inclusive fares (including fuel surcharges and airport taxes) starting from 299,000 KRW. Promotional tickets can be used for flights from October 30 to March 29 next year and can be purchased through the Air Busan website and mobile web/app.

In addition to the promotion, various benefits will be provided. Customers who purchase Busan-Bali tickets during the promotion period will receive a 30,000 KRW fare coupon (excluding special fare tickets, one per account) and a 50,000 KRW ancillary service bundle coupon (two per account). Additionally, a draw will offer a two-night stay at the Mulia Bali resort and a dining voucher for two people.

Bali, Indonesia, considered one of the world's top resort destinations, is well-known as a premier honeymoon spot. With numerous luxury pool villas and resorts scattered throughout, it is ideal not only for honeymoons but also for family trips and hotel vacations.

An Air Busan representative stated, "The most significant aspect of this new route is that it eliminates the inconvenience for local residents who previously had to travel to Incheon Airport to visit Bali. We sincerely thank our customers for their interest and patience, and we will prioritize safety and thoroughly prepare for a successful launch."
