Since 2021, OB Beer has designated October as "Compliance Month" every year and has carried out activities to raise compliance awareness among its executives and employees. This year, under the slogan "Brewing Right Every Day," the company will operate various compliance programs throughout September, including online and offline compliance training, a bingo challenge, and the publication of a compliance letter.

To enhance compliance awareness, all executives and employees will receive education on company norms and policies. The training topics include ▲Code of Conduct ▲Fair Trade Act ▲Anti-Corruption Act ▲Bond Education ▲Information Security Training ▲Diversity and Respect for Human Rights ▲Responsible Marketing and Communication Regulations. Various potential work-related issues and how to handle them are explained easily through animations and quizzes to enable practical application in daily work. Based on online and offline training and the compliance letter, a "Bingo Challenge" will also be conducted to review the learning content and allow self-assessment of compliance awareness.

For sales and production staff, face-to-face training on these principles will be provided through "On-site Compliance Training." Since the company's core technologies and business information are sources of sustainable development, it will emphasize that they must be thoroughly protected based on the ownership mindset of all executives and employees.

Baek Ha-jun, CEO of OB Beer, said, "Compliance and ethical management are essential for corporate survival and sustainable growth," adding, "We will become a more trusted company by strengthening management transparency through the internalization of compliance awareness among OB Beer executives and employees and a systematic compliance system."
