FSS Holds 'Visiting Corporate Disclosure Briefing Session'

On the 9th, the Financial Supervisory Service announced that it will hold a "Visiting Corporate Disclosure Seminar" to enhance the understanding of disclosure tasks among companies in the Busan and Daegu regions.

The seminar will be held at the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the 25th and at the Daegu Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the 26th.

The seminar will cover recent revisions to disclosure forms, cases of correction requests for securities registration statements, and key inspection results of business reports. It will also provide education to prevent unfair trading, such as violations by executives and employees of listed companies involving the use of undisclosed information or the return of short-term trading profits.

Meanwhile, in the fourth quarter of this year, seminars will be held for companies in Seoul and the Pangyo area of Gyeonggi Province. The Financial Supervisory Service holds corporate disclosure seminars 3 to 4 times annually for corporations required to submit business reports.
