It will continue to be unseasonably warm on Saturday, the 7th, which is Baekro (白露), the solar term when dew begins to form.


The morning low temperatures are forecast to be between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 26 and 33 degrees Celsius. The highest apparent temperatures will rise to around 33 degrees Celsius, mainly in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, southern regions, and Jeju Island.


Baekro, generally considered the time when autumn officially begins, refers to the period when nighttime temperatures drop and dew starts to form on grass blades.


There will be occasional clouds nationwide, with showers expected until dawn in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Province, Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, and Gyeongsang region.


Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 20 mm in southern Gyeonggi, Gangwon Province, Daejeon, Sejong, South Chungcheong, and North Chungcheong; around 5 mm in Seoul, Incheon, and northern Gyeonggi; 5 to 60 mm in eastern Jeonnam, eastern Jeonbuk, Daegu, and North Gyeongsang; and 5 to 40 mm in Gwangju, western Jeonnam, western Jeonbuk, Ulsan, and South Gyeongsang.


From morning through nighttime, showers of 5 to 20 mm are forecast in eastern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, and Jeju Island; and 5 to 40 mm in Jeolla and Gyeongsang regions. Ulleungdo and Dokdo are expected to receive 5 to 10 mm of rain.


Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
